The Crafty Cub Instructor

The Crafty Cub was started by Jen Brahim, in southern New Hampshire.  She is a mom to four boys and loves all things crafty. Her favorite part of running The Crafty Cub is getting to know all her students and seeing their creativity blossom.

Passionate Art Instructor

Miss Jen, has always enjoyed all forms of art.  In her younger years, her focus was primarily photography but after becoming a mother, her focus shifted to crafts.  It started as a hobby to keep little hands busy but rapidly expanded as she realized that all ages benefit from having a low-pressure creative outlet.

"I'm not a classically trained fine arts teacher.  If you want to learn how to draw realistic humans, sorry, I'm not your girl.  But if you are looking to handmake some household decor while laughing with your friends, you've found the right place."

Weekly Classes

Each week is different but be ready to use paint, markers, paper, fabric, wood, items from nature, upcycled materials and more!

See the schedule page for current offerings.

Workshops

The Crafty Cub not only offers regular classes and parties but also hosts pop-up workshops, typically during the holiday season, school breaks, and summer vacation. Participants in each workshop create a unique handcrafted item, perfect for gifting. From painting to wreath making to hand-sewing, you're certain to discover something that piques your interest! Keep an eye out for upcoming events.
